About company swithching

Question

Hi,
       I have 1.6 years experience in asp.net ,sql server,webservices.and i have practised asp.net mvc and jquery for the past five months. my company is small scale company.I can't get good exposure on my company .here only 20+ members are working .my communication level is also low so i worried about my career.So i planned to move another company.I used to study regulary venkat videos and c# corner and lynda vidoes and questpond videos also..But feeling very badly about my career .please i need some good advice for the my best future.

 also need the interview process details that is  what type of questions they expect from me
, how they will ask about my project details ,whether they will ask about the code standards and SDLC ,and machine test will conduct or not?
