about alignment of controls on form

Question

Hi everyone,

First of all thanks to everyone who have replied my queries on time.

Now, my c# project works on windows xp but controls of the form are not alinged properly. on other other systems where latest windows versions are like windows 7/8/8.1/10 shows proper alignment.

what is the reason and what care must be taken?
