Hi Mahesh,

I have found a big issues in forums, say we are answering to users questions, most of the time they are NOT motivated to mark it answer(If it is correct) because of they got answer and get ready to post next question or to continue them work.

So you need make sure or give the points based on  answers by a moderator . then it will help to to supporters.
