A severe error occurred on the current command. The results, if any, should be discarded.

Question

I m using vs-2005 and sql server 2005 express edition. when i expand the database node in server explorer i get the following error message:-
A severe error occurred on the current command.  The results, if any, should be discarded.
i could  find any solution of it.
i get the same problem if run my application using F5
Please help me to find out the solution
