This is the 8th session of the AI42 series! This time we will learn about R.
Session info:
R is a great tool for wrangling data, working with data as data frames, and doing all kinds of statistics as well as more advanced machine learning.
The introduction to R is divided into two sessions.
- "Introduction to R - session 1" you will be able to run R, open files, and do some simple data -wrangling.
- "Introduction to R - session 2" you will be able to wrange even more data and have the basics for you to go on with more sophisticated R-work.
Agenda:
- Introduction to modeling (linear models, t-test, fisher's test)
- Visualization in R (R is great for visualization! We try out histogram, barplot, scatter plot, dot-and-whiskers plot)
