When you make any changes to SharePoint list or Library the following warning message will be displayed on the K2 Application Page.

For example, when you add a new column you will see the above warning message on the K2 application page. You need to update the associated SmartObjects and the Views and Forms. Click the appropriate link to let K2 regenerate only the SmartObjects or the SmartObjects, Views and Forms.
This warning message will be displayed if any of the following changes are made in the SharePoint list/library.
- adding or removing a column
- modifying a column's type
- the maximum value of a number field
- scope, for people and group fields
- adding a content type
