In SharePoint, the Site collection Admin does have the options to identify the columns in lists or libraries that translates when they appear on the site. This will be helpful in identifying the elements to translate.By default, some columns will be identified as the translated columns. As examples, the default columns have been listed below:
To add more translatable columns, please Navigate to the Site Settings page of the top level site in the Site Collection. Click on the "Translatable Columns" link under the Site Collection Administration section.
