SQL Server installation issue with Windows XP sp3
I happened to install SQL Server in Windows XP sp3 version. Oops, I couldn't make it out.
1. Am facing issue with MSXML6.
2. Because of the above point, workstation components and Database services were not installed in my machine.
Reason for this issue:
MSXML6 is trying to change the language settings of WindowsXP sp3 which it couldn't succeed. So the installation is failing. Looks like, it's a well know bug.
