Introduction
In 2016, Microsoft introduced new capabilities in SharePoint Online team sites including integration with Office 365 Groups. The users can experience modern UI with the lists, libraries, Web parts and while editing the page in the team sites. Please read this article for more information.
Quick chart Webpart
Navigate to Office 365 SharePoint team site - https://c986.sharepoint.com/sites/VijaiAnand/.
Click Settings icon and subsequently click Add a page.
Enter the page name and click + icon. Click Quick chart.

This Webpart is static and you will not be able to connect to a Data Source. Name your chart and you need to enter label and values manually (12 maximum) in the Webpart properties tool pane. You can select the chart type as Column or Pie chart.

Click Publish.
Result
Quick chart Webpart is added to the page and published, as shown below.
