Here, Integration of SharePoint with ServiceNow is not that usual concept of integration, which is done traditionally, which is to take data from one system, and through some type of process, loaded into another system, periodically.

i.e., let’s say you have used the project management module in ServiceNow, and you create a project site directly from ServiceNow.
So, now you can have ServiceNow send that person who has access to that site automatically from your project team or your site owner.
Hence, it allows you to display any data from ServiceNow to SharePoint.
