Download the "AccessDatabaseEngine.exe" from http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=13255 and install on your machine.
Set the provider argument and Extended Properties as follows:
Provider=Microsoft.ACE.OLEDB.12.0
Extended Properties=Excel 12.0
It will be work fine.
