Easy to use
It’s very easy to use. There is no coding required. It’s a drag and drop type of environment, which makes building applications very easy. It has a very friendly interface which actually has rapid development and gets updated almost monthly to make it even better. And it’s also very similar to other Microsoft applications. In power in PowerPoint and Excel, there are ribbons, and each ribbon is a function.
There’s a different element and object you can add which is very similar to power up. So if you're used to the Microsoft environment with Word, Excel and PowerPoint, then PowerApps will come naturally to you. That’s really the biggest benefit of using Microsoft Power Apps.
Run it everywhere
We can run it anywhere after you create your application. You don’t need to think about how to install this on a phone, IPod, Linux or Mac.
It’s all working in the Power apps environment, which can be ported anywhere. So once you build your application, you can seamlessly run it on a website, phone apps, iPod, Windows application, Mac application or Linux application. It’s available everywhere, which is a really cool feature of Microsoft Power Apps.

These types of applications require lots of data because whenever you have any sort of applications that’s business related, it’s usually about manipulating, adding or editing data. PowerApps allows you to connect to any source of data like One Drive, Azure, Google Drive, Amazon, Salesforce or in various on-premise data sources (SharePoint. Microsoft 365, Dynamics 365, SQL Server and so on). There are 400+ Power Apps connectors; the best part of Power Apps is that we can connect anything.
Customizable
Power Apps is very customizable. For example, in Microsoft Word, you can do a lot of customizable things. Same with Excel and PowerPoint. You can really make the application your own and change a lot of features, events, and really make it however you want. It has a responsive design, and we can run it in the browser or on mobile devices (phone or tablet). So there is a lot of customizable ability here, which is another benefit of Microsoft Power Apps.
