Is Microsoft manufacturing its own Tablet?

In a blog published on TheWrap, it reported that Microsoft is manufacturing its own Tablet that will run Windows 8 RT on an ARM processor. Microsoft is planning to announce this news on Monday at 3:30 p.m. June 18 in Los Angeles.

Tablet manufactures including Samsung, Dell, Toshiba, and HP are already building Windows 8 tablets but by having its own Tablet, Microsoft is following the Apple's successful model that made Apple made a fortune by selling its iPad, iPhone and iPad products.

Does that mean, Microsoft will manufacturer its own Windows Phone too? I guess so.

In a recent launch of Windows 8 Release Preview, Microsoft announced an integration with PCs, Tablets, smart phones, and Xbox that all share same data and files using SkyDrive and Windows Store. This is same model what Apple has today through its iTunes and iCloud.
