- In order to export selective data, you are also allowed to use different filtering options such as logical operators (AND, NOT, OR, etc.) in addition to keywords or phrases, etc. And, click on the Search option to start the search process.
- As the search process is completed successfully, you need to click on the Start Export button.
- You are also allowed to include encrypted files and define the way in which the Office 365 data needs to be exported. It is suggested to use default option to export Office 365 data to PST format. However, by default, it will create a separate PST file for each mailbox. Now, click on Start export button
- After this, the Export process is started. Now, it totally depends upon on you -- either click on Finish button or on Download exported results button. If you clicked on the Download exported results option, then the downloading process and export tools will be completed at the same time.
- A special export key is generated which you need to copy before proceeding further
