To install Nuget Packages for Multiple/Sub-Projects in a Solution., just right-click on Solution.

As shown in the preceding screenshot, click Manage Nuget Packages

Now, go to Sharing or Installing Multiple Nuget Packages in "Start Project".
Here, you will find all the Installed Nuget Packages of Root Project (if already Installed Nuget Packages) or If you have not installed it already, install them(it will ask that which projects should apply the Nuget Packages; tick the projects, which you need to apply).
If you already installed Nuget Package for Root Project You Will See Manage Button.

Now, choose which Projects you want to share the Nuget Package and press Ok. According to your selection, it will apply/share the nugets to all the sub-projects . So, it's complete now.
