Error occurred in deployment of step ‘Activate Features’

 

How many times we have faced this issue when we try to deploy a wsp from Visual Studio environment. The resolution is given as follows.

a.Redeploy the project.

b.Navigate to site features and Activate and then Deactivate the deployed feature that was showing error.

c.Retract the Solution

d.Close the Visual Studio.

e.Reopen Visual Studio and deploy the Project
