Requirement Scenario:
You are maintaining a List A that has column "Status" The status takes the following values
1.New
2.Inprogress
3.Completed.
A Designer workflow updates status in each run. Now,You want to upload historic records into a SharePoint List A with the status "Completed". For this current scenario, you should disable the workflow for historic data upload. Follow the below steps
1.In the Settings group, click Library Settings.
2.On the List Settings or Library Settings page, in the Permissions and Management section, click Workflow Settings.
3.On the Workflow Settings page, click Remove a workflow.
4.Select Remove to prevent new instances of this workflow from running and remove all instances of this workflow. This option removes instances that are already running.
