Create A Native Line Chart With Dual Y Axis In Power BI

Overview

In this blog, we will learn how we can create a Line chart with dual Y-Axis in Power BI.

Sometimes, there are situations where we need to represent the two Y-axes in the line chart. Earlier this feature was not available in Power BI. With the March 2020 release of the Power BI Desktop, this feature is available as an OOTB feature.

Example

We want to represent Actual and Budget Sales with the number of units sold in the line chart. We need to represent this with two Y-Axes.
  • One which represents Sales data
  • The second which represents the number of units
Now, let’s get started!

Step 1
