In Windows 10, Action Center is the notification center. It allows quick access to the basic settings. Action Center also supports the working notifications, starting with Windows 10. Action Center spots your notification app further to take quick action, which gives you quick access to the generally used settings and Applications.
Tablet mode
Tablet mode is the classic mode, where some toolbar icons (apps) hide and the desktop Window opens with all the installed applications. When the tablet mode is ON, the Windows screen looks like the screen, given below:
Connect
In the connect option, you can see, how many wireless devices and audio devices are connected with your system. If any system is connected to the nearby wireless device, it displays the notification on the connected tile.
If no wireless and audio device is connected, the connected site also gives the notifications.
All Settings
When clicked on the All Settings option, another Window opens with more Settings options, like System, Devices, Network & Internet, Personalization, Accounts, Time & languages, Ease of Access, Privacy, Update, & security. You can change the desired settings from here.
VPN
VPN type: Point to Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP).
For setting up a new VPN connection, you need a Server address, your username, and password. VPN related settings, like change Adapter Setting, Network and Sharing Center, Internet option, Windows Firewall are also there in Action Center.
Quiet Hours
Quiet Hours is the latest feature of Windows 10. If you click on the Quiet Hours icon, the notifications are off for a period of time you set. Initially, it is set between 12 am and 6 am.
Location
In Windows 10, you can click on the location icon button to toggle the location services ON or OFF.
When the location button is OFF, the location does not show but when the location is ON, the system shows the location and uses it in some Applications too.
