Microsoft Flow
Microsoft Flow is a cloud-based service. It allows us to react to an event in one service and do something with the data from that event into another service. The users can build workflows that automatically does some business tasks and processes across applications and services.
It helps us to monitor all our workflow with the help of a great cloud solution called “Microsoft Flow”. Before reading this article, please go through some important articles mentioned below.

Prerequisites
- Microsoft Account – Corporate ID.
- Cognito Account.
- Mail Account
Follow the below steps to build a Flow using a template.
Step 1
Sign in to Cognito Forms account.
https://www.cognitoforms.com/
Create a form.
Build the form with Controls.
Using the Cognito Tool Box, we can design our Forms.
After designing, click on the Publish tab. There, copy the URL link and paste it into another tab to publish the form.
Step 2
Log in to www.flow.microsoft.com. And choose the Templates menu from the menu bar.
Search "Cognito Forms" in the search bar and choose “Start an approval when a new Cognito Forms Entry is Submitted” template.
Now, click on the "Use this template" button.
Step 3
Sign into Cognito Forms and give it permission to access your accounts.
Step 4
Sign into Approvals and give it permission to access your accounts.
Step 5
After all of these get configured, click on the "Continue" button.
Step 6
Next, let us configure the flow.
Now, choose the form name.
Choose the Approval type, Title, Assigned to (we give Email address of the person who gives approval to this Form), Details, Item Link, Item Link Description.
Choose the content from this tool box.
The final Flow should be like this. Click on "Save Flow" ant the Flow is created.

Output
Fill up the Form.
Form Recorded.
Notification sent to the assigned Email address.
Open Email and give approval or rejection of the Form.
Click on "Approve" and enter the comments to Submit.
Now, the Form gets approved.
The status of the Cognito Forms gets completed.
