Q:  I am having problem downloading an E-Book.Who should I contact?
A: You may send us an email at [email protected] if you are having any problem purchasing or downloading an E-Book or related source code.
Q:  Can I return an E-Book?
A:  No. There is no return policy on E-Books.
Q:  How can I download an E-Book?
A: Download will be available after you have purchased an E-Book. If you are having any problems in downloading an ebook, contact us at [email protected].
Q:  How do I know the content of the E-Book?
A: Click on the book image or title to learn more about an E-Book and its contents.
Q:  How do I know if an E-Book has source code available with it?
A:  Book details page should say Source Code: YES if there is any source code available with the book.

Q:  How do I know people won't just copy my book and give it to friends?
A:  You can't protect against other people copying your book. However, if you are smart about it,  you will place marketing material inside your book so that multiple distributions will get the word out about you and your talents.  E-books are a great way to promote your skills and at the same time make a little money on the side.
Q:  Must I have published a printed version in order to sell an e-book version?
A: No.  That is a great thing about e-books. You don't need to go through the hassle of publishing a book or get it approved for publishing.  C# Corner will still need to make sure the material in the book is appropriate, but we will gladly publish your book if we feel it has some value.  Granted, we expect the book to be well proofread and contain accurate technical knowledge.
Q:  Is there a limit to the number of e-books I can sell on the site?
A: No.We will gladly publish as many books as you write on C# Corner that has appropriate content.
Q:  Who can I contact if I have questions about the program?
A:  Please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will be happy to answer your questions and help you get started in publishing your book on the C# Corner website.
Q:  Can I provide sample chapters for free to help sell my book?
A:  Sure!  In fact if the chapter is publishable, we'll feature it as an article on the website and link to your book in our store.  This way your book will get some instant attention.
Q:  What is the return policy on the book?
A:  Unlike printed versions of a book, e-books cannot be returned.  Once the book is purchased, the sale is complete and final.
Entering our e-book program is simple.  You will be required to sign an online resellers publishing contract.  Once you have done this, you simply need to upload your book.
